RETURNS

 

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. The item must be in its original packaging.

  3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  4. Personalized or custom items (including custom print designs) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

 

 


 

 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

We strive to provide high-quality products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:

 

  1. Contact us at woof@hellolablovers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide a description of the issue and include photos of the damaged or defective item.

  3. Upon approval, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

 

 

 


 

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

 

  • Personalized or custom-printed items (unless defective or damaged).

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

 

To start a return:

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
