Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at woof@hellolablovers.com and include your order number.

Returns and Exchanges

Because some items may be made to order or limited-run, all sales may be final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you want to offer returns, replace this section with your actual return window and conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos if applicable. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
